You might be having a lot of questions, but we have all the answers! If you still have some doubts which are not answered ( which we doubt), then please pick up the phone and call us or email us. We would love to hear from you.

1. What is paintball?

Paintball is a team sport, similar to many other “ball” oriented sports, where 2 or more teams, strive to achieve a goal. What makes it most exciting is the Equipment and Gear. Paintball guns called ‘Markers’ look and feel like real guns, and are powered through gas. What is used as bullets, are balls filled with paint inside, which splits open when it hits a surface, leaving a bright colour mark.

2. What should I wear when I play paintball?

While paintballs are non-toxic, water soluble, and stain-free, its advisable to wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, which you don’t mind getting dirty. You also might be running around and possibly crawling on the ground. The only restriction we have is that all players must be wearing a closed toe shoe of some sort. Due to safety reasons sandals or flip-flops are not allowed on the playing fields.

3. Is Paintball safe?

Yes, Paintball is one of the safest sports in the world. Insurance statistics rank it as less of a risk than even Golf. Yes, it does require usage of proper equipment, and safety guidelines have to be followed. Our fields are certified and follow international safety guidelines, and we maintain a 100% Safety record. 4. Does it hurt?

Only if you get shot, it stings for a couple of seconds, and then as you prepare to shoot the guy who fired at you, you forget about it. We recommend sticking to safety rules of no close firing. Also you are fully covered with fully body overalls that we provide you with. Well, if you are still scared, then you can sit out at the bench and watch others having fun!

5. Is the paint washable?

Yes, paintballs are made of gelatin which is non-chemical, bio-degradable and water soluble. So even if it goes into your mouth, nothing will happen. Its easily washable with soap and water.

6. Minimum & Maximum age?

6 to 60! Paintball is loved by adults as well as children! However, children from 6-11 are allowed only when accompanied with parent/guardian inside the field. Teens from 12-18 are allowed with one parent/ guardian outside the field (we need an adult for payments and signing waiver forms). There is no physical fitness required to play paintball, if you are not upto running, just sit at the base bunker and keep firing!

7. Match duration ? How long can I play?

Each match time limit is 7 minutes, unless a team wins before the time limit. You can play as many matches till you have paintballs, depending on your chosen package.

8. What happens when I get out?

Depending on the game format you are playing, either you take a break for a couple of minutes and re-enter the game, or you join in the next match. We give you a lot of freedom to decide the game rules you want to play with, but you must stick to the safety & field rules.

9. I’ve never played before, will I be “out-gunned”?

No experience is necessary. Special attention is given to beginner players with beginners’ games, to guarantee you have a ‘ball’ at our arenas.

10. Is paintball suitable for children?

Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is mature enough to participate in paintball. To assist you with this decision, please contact our friendly staff members at our helpline for further information. Our knowledgeable staff members will gladly answer any of your questions and provide you with advice that will help when making your decision.

11. Do adults (over 16’s) need to sign waiver forms?

Yes all players must sign waiver forms, before they play.

12. Is food available?

The Paintball Co. provides various Food & Beverage options along with gaming, which can be discussed at the time of booking. For further details call our helpline ( click to call link).
We also have special catering arrangements for Birthday Parties, or large Corporate bookings. Please discuss your requirements with our friendly booking team, who will be glad to help you.

13. Do I need to come with a group?

For a good Paintball session, the more, the merrier! You can enjoy more variety of games with a larger group. But if you are not able to get a group together, don’t worry. We can help you with that.

We can cater to any group size ranging from 2 to 500. We are open all days, so are open to small groups also. If you speak to our booking team, and let them know about your group size, they can always put together another small group of people with you, so you can maximize on your paintball session.

14. What should I do if I can’t get enough players for my group?

Don’t worry, all you need to do is a phone call at our office or email us, as soon as you can and let us know how many players will be attending. We will take care of the rest.

16. When should I make a reservation?

We suggest making reservations atleast one week in advance. The earlier, the better, as the chances of getting your preferred time and slot increases. All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered.

17. What methods of payment do you accept?

For online booking, you can use Net banking, any major Debit or Credit card. At the arena, we accept Cash, and all major Debit and Credit cards.

18. How do I make a booking?

Visit our booking section, you have the option of Online booking, Phone booking.

19. Is it necessary to make a booking?

Yes, we do recommend that you make a booking, so you are not disappointed or have to wait for long for your turn at our arenas. Also, we are better prepared for you, when we know how many of you, and when you are coming.

20. Can I make a booking without making a payment?

No, your booking is confirmed with us only when we receive your payment. Our booking process is very simple and convenient. Visit our booking section, for more details.

21. Can I add Reloads or any other extras to my package?

Yes! Not only can you add more paintballs, but you can also include Food and Beverage options, if you like. Check out our Packages for more information.

22. Can I buy Reloads at the Arena directly?

Yes, you can. But we cannot assure you of the time availability, as there might be another booking right after you. So, even if you wish to play more, our site manager might not be able to give you more time. Its always a good idea to buy reloads before, so you are assured of the extra time. If you would like to take a chance, then please go ahead.

23. Can I bring my own paintballs with me?

No. All paintballs used on site must be purchased from The Paintball Co. Arena. This helps us to ensure a safe visit for all players. Off field paint is not permitted, or paintballs purchased for home use are not permitted on the fields. For health and safety reasons all our paintballs are industry approved, stored at the correct temperatures and meet the required manufacturing standards for bio-degradable paintballs. Any player caught using their own paintballs will be removed from site.

24. Can I Reuse / Reload previously shot Paintballs or paintball lying in the field?

No. Paintball are not re-usable. Once you shoot your paintballs, do not attempt to reload it. The Paintballs have dirt or particles on it and reloading these paintballs, will result in a jam/malfunctioning of your paintball marker. Also, old paintballs left on the ground for any considerable time begin to swell, crack, or change shape due to weather conditions, resulting in a jam, and malfunctioning. The Paintball Co. maintains strict rules about usage of paintballs inside its arenas. Any player found to be breaking the rules by using old paintballs, damaging the equipment, would be asked to pay for the damages.

25.Can I arrange a private group paintball game or Birthday Party?

Of course! In fact The Paintball Co. is one of the top choices for birthday parties and other group events. We have a number of small group and birthday party options ranging in size based on your needs.

26. Is it legal to shoot my paintball marker behind my house?

No. Paintball is permitted in only certified Paintball arenas.

28. What if it is raining?

We play in all weather conditions. Unless, its too extreme. If your group is cancelled due to extreme weather, the affected group will be given a Paintball Pass, valid for 1 month from the date of issue. This pass must be claimed under the name of the registered player. All slots will be on a first-come-first served basis.

29. What do I do if I get lost trying to find the Arena?

To avoid getting lost we suggest you to make sure that all drivers in your group print the directions from the website and take these with them. If you do have trouble finding the Arena, call us on our helpline. ( link to auto call) One of our friendly staff members, will assist you in finding the arena.

30. What days are you open?

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We’re the biggest paintball venue and operate all year round. But it’s a good idea to make a booking with us before you plan your paintball session.

31. What are your timings?

We are open 10 am to 10 pm, all days of the week.
After 6:30pm, we have a surcharge of 20% on our regular packages as Night gaming charges. Click here for details on our attractive packages.

32. I’m not particularly fit, does this matter?

Not at all, as a general rule it’s the players that use their brains and play strategically who do best at paintball. You’re welcome to hide-out in a bunker and let the enemy to bring the battle to you!

33. Can I move my booking to another date?

Yes, you can. However, an administration fee of Rs. 500/- would be applicable for a change of date. Also, change of booking would be subject to availability.

34. Can I cancel and get a Refund?

In line with similar leisure activity providers offering a service on a certain date, all monies paid for paintball bookings (including all monies paid for services provided by us) are non-refundable. If you do not turn up on your booking date, there would be no refund. However an alternative date & time can be fixed, after payment of administration fee, depending on availability.

35. Cancellation under extreme conditions is possible?

The Paintball Co. reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice, if there are any extreme conditions prevailing like extreme weather conditions, or a technical problem, which is beyond the control and purview of The Paintball Co. In the event of cancellation on our behalf, an alternative date and time, will be offered, mutually decided by you & The Paintball Co., without an administration fee.

36. Can we drink alcohol on site?

We do not allow players to mix alcohol and paintball for safety reasons so alcohol is not normally allowed on site. If you have a special occasion we may, at our discretion allow you to consume alcohol once you have finished playing, provided all legal requirements like license etc. are met. We will not let anybody play if we think they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The Site Manager will have the final decision.

37. Can we get the paintballs for the members of our group who do not turn up?

No – the payments for each player cover our costs of preparing equipment and staff for the day, so paintballs are not transferable.

38.How much does it cost to play paintball?

We have a range of packages available to suit every budget and requirements.
